1-those of you who cook must clean the vegtable and chicken before using them. there is a way put them in vengar and water to kill bacteria and worms and other disease etc

2-and warm it in an appropriat temprture. i know some people tradition food like raw things but we have to decrease the amount we eat and clean what we eat carfully if you saw how much of this things exist in food and what it do to the body its scary
