Many a times, players will find that the drops from mobs (especially from elites) are totally disproportionate to their level.

I was at GP yesterday, normal mobs at least drop lv42/48 weapons, lv 4 cloth/leather, pots. However, I killed 2 elites and what they drop are 2 stones, one of them a lv24 & lv32 stones and the other a lv24 & lv40 stones.

Seems quite ridiculous that elite drops are much worse than normal mobs.

Well, to be fair, computer programs are always buggy most of the time and games program is just a type of computer program. Thus bugs and games cannot be decoupled but only a matter of degree. I got stuck with a bug too that they can't resolve for the past 2 weeks :-)

There are quite a great disparity in strength of players in Dyn & Emp. One thing the developer overlooked is the speed with which players can level up and "forgot" to upgrade the city guards. A similar event happen in the early stages of the game where dyn broke into emp's AH and also the big "slaughter" in the GM's wedding demo at Sun City. Then they took a very decisive action by upgrading the city guards very quickly. Think they can do the same now to "Protect the Main City".

Archers with high dodge and leech are very difficult to deal with :-)

My 1st point is to bring home the point that players need resources to exchange and buy the items they need and as you level up, the items that you need will most probably end up with the higher level players. The only way to get them is to have the "items" that these players need which are Symbols and experience crystals. Whether they buy/sell or barter, there must be something that can help them to generate the resources needed. Once bound, this route is cut. I agree that these items can be bought with plats but not everyone can afford to buy a lot of plats, especially so as the higher level you are the more resources you need to upgrade. The game need to provide an alternative however small which if not for anything, it is good for PR.

As for point 2, I was thinking of not 50plats but say 20plats as previous so they can have something to start with.

My idea of being able to unbound the Legends at a certain stage is so that these items can probably be released into the market after they passed the useful life for a player. Anyway, it is only one Legend item out of seven.

Ha! I didn't know the hammers from mall and bosses has a higher probability. I only know that I had failed umteen times at level 2 which is suppose to have a 80% chance of getting to the next stage.

I think u can buy them from other players, Lv30 SBs aren't expensive.

I couldn't remember exactly which mpc but it is definitely one of those 2 standing outside the Palace.

I think it is a good thing that Hammers give Wings, I got a legend gauntlet before with Lucky Hammers, it all depends on Lady Luck but I suppose you have to go high enough level on the eggs before getting the Wings.

Well irumiruki, some points u raised has some validity but the spectrum of players is very wide. There are many factors affecting the outcome and characteristics of each character, that is what make the game interesting. Also, it doesn't mean the longer u play the more money u have, there are many factors affecting the outcome. You can make money but you also spent a lot in upgrading of weapons and gears :-).

If you are familiar with how ppl play the AH Treasure Hunt, you may not be saying what you had said. Also, before coming to a conclusion, go and check the level of those players who killed the GM:-)

As I said before, I am not against higher level get some priority but the Game Administrator should think of some way to let the middle/lower level have a feel of belonging too. Like the real world, there will always be the high society, the middle class and the have nots, the Game Administration should assist to "re-distribute" some wealth so that all will feel being attended to.

Well, I tend to agree that Auction Hunt is for the richie player. I had also been playing for sometime already but I just don't have the gold needed to bid. Thus Auction Hunt is almost a non-event to me.

MWO is a lovely game but most of the events are advantages to the high levels.

For example the event Kill GM, sound great and the reward is good, a Super Blessed, but this is also a non-event as there is no way a low/middle level can kill the GM as the high level will kill him/her with a shot or two, thus I didn't participate in this event either.

Wings for Top15 is also for high level. It is alright in theory that the high level will not get the wings as they already had their entitlement but practically, the high level can easily power level their alts up to get the wings, thus we are only by-standers, just watching which high level alts get them......

I am not against the idea that high level should have some priority as they had spent time and resources but neglecting the others may mean that sooner or later the game will end up with only the high level plus their alts........

Thus I hope they can come out with a fairer way of allocating resources.

NA had been the hot cake lately in the MWO world. No matter what she did, we must all agree that she is very unique.

She can be irritated easily and actually a lot of problems started because of her immature thoughts and actions. Especially on her planned and intended bot killing actions in tunnel which irritate a lot people.

However, I think some players in Dyn are trying their best to calm her down too. As to how successful this will be is difficult to say at the moment.

Even though I was one of her victims (my bot in tunnel got killed by her many times and was really quite mad about it), I think she really did nothing very wrong as Dyns are supposed to kill Emps and vise versa; the only problem is the way she handles it and all those country chats are quite irritating to most players most of the time. As all can see, she is not only making enemies with emp players, but also dyn players hich is really strange.

I think we should give her another chance to see how things develop and see whether she calms down and learn to accept the norm. If she continue to irritate everyone else, then we re-evaluate.

If we wanna trace the root of the problem, it is a egg and chicken problem but as this is only a game, we should try to accomodate as far as we can.

OOPs...forgot to mention that the webpage say in version2.0, State War would be across server and across country.

Basically, the biggest news is that MWO version 2.0 will be released in Sep. There are also various articles written by players on their experirence with the game .
