Make sure you select the correct channel when writing in the chat box.

There are 9 channels:

*Satellite

*Rumor

*Fleet

*Friend

*Squad

*Crew

*Apprentices

*Team

*Talk

The button is set by default to Talk.

If that is not the problem, make sure your firewall it's not blocking Zero Online.

And remember that many things are fixed just by login out and back in again.

There is a bug. You can't have the Right ARM slot empty and the left one used.

Make sure you load your first ARM in the RIGHT slot.

If you load it on the left, you will have to log off and reload the game, an it will appear in the right slot.

After you make sure the first arm you load it's in the RIGHT slot, our that you have two ARMs loaded, then be aware that the Ctr+V and Ctr+C key shortcuts doesn't always work.

When they don't work, you have two other ways to change ARMS.

* Click on the View Units buttons, then the Unit button, and click the right or left units tabs. Over the unit will appear a "Manin Unit" button. You can click that to make the unit the main unit.

* Click in the level of the right or left units under the Pilot avatar. A little panel will appear. If the unit is OK, it says "Main Unit", "Close", "Peace" and "Close".

- Main Unit is to change the unit to main.

- Close is a mistake, it should say "Attack". It sets the unit in aggressive mode.

- "Peace" makes the unit stop attacking when you are attacked or attack something.

- Close closes that panel.

If the unit is broken, it will show a little message explaining the time it will be repairing and how to repair it faster, and a button to reduce the repair time to 2 minutes, if you have a repair kit.

If those methods doesn't work, then log out and relog.

If that doesn't work, close the game completely and open it again.

If that doesn't work either, then there must be something wrong with your account, and you'll have to send your account name to sage0228.

Then you should change the info in the page.

What is there make people think that will work.

If you ran out of memory, th game may crash.

Sometimes it gets just stuck, and others closes without warning.

Oh, by the way, will you eally get ZP in the bitcomet server if purchased on the official page? Are they linked?

The purchase page just popups a message that says: "Coming soon!".

It doesn't matter how many times you click. The game is asynchronous, so things may not always happen as you see them.

Once you get use to it, you click once, and do nothing, and you'll see that it fires after a little bit, usually less than a second later.

If you get used to that little lag, you can fire without waiting for the shot, and you'll see no difference.

For exhample, when I get OD, I trust to a lace with many monsters, click and thrust out without aiting for the Firing animation. While I'm flyng, I'll see the firing animation behind me while I'm flying.

This happens when the lag is higher. I usually lay around 16:00 and 22:00 GMT, so I don't usally have much lag.

Servers are probably around asia, so people from USA may get a lot of lag, and people from Europe and Asia not as much.

Comet is a chinese company. They are not very good with English, so when you contact them the responses may be bit... cryptic.

All comet games are legal partnerships.

Many game developers make a game, and then sell it to anyone that want to set servers for them, like Gunz, Zero Online, Granado Espada...

The one that gets the rights for a region, gets the servers and pay for them, while the developers keep creating the game.

If you are 'too smart' and save the training badge for later, you'll find that you can't use it anymore.

Yes. It is a bug. Sometimes the sound is muted until you open the Option panel.

You can also get one every day from level 60, in the Offline training room.

Needless to say, you need a badge to get there.

Oh, it wasn't that.

I sent a message to support, and they send me a different link than the one you hae, it sends you to create a new passport, but weven if they don't notice you, the link also activates the account.

I could login with "Mortan" capitalized... but the character I had with "mortan" was not saved.

It was new, so I switched anyways.

Oh, GREAT.

Nevermind.

The problem was this:

- BitComet Passport allows any kind of combinations of numbers and capitalization, but Zero Online DOESN'T. You must login in Zero Online with LOWER CAPS.

That is, if you Login name is "Mortan", you must login with "mortan".

Otherwise it will say "incorrect password", even when the problem is in the Login name.
