Hiya, I visited America in July I was there for 8 weeks & to be honest with the dollar to the pound I was in heaven..It was half price to me. I did hear alot of complaing about the state of the economy & I saw many empty buildings that were once thriving buisnesses. I dont think all can be blamed on the Iraq war though as quite a few paople told me that companies go for the cheapest workers they can get & that can only be blamed on greed

i used to think flippin America thinks its King of countries & that the people thought they were better than the rest of us. I also thought of guns & gangs.

As you know I recently visited Indiana & have totally changed my view..most of the people I met were lovely & yes they adored my accent...Yeh there was some idiots that were rude or down right pervs but hey don't we get them in all countries
