[/url] should tell ya all ya need to know but just check all firewalls first then make sure if you get green light..before you do owt..plus if your getting the green light all is ok...

plus its not advicable to run or try to run two firewalls...???

sounds like your ISP (server)is reducing your download rate..check for your upload and download speed to see if your still getting the correct limit from your server,s.
