Visit and wiews are the number of times that anyone has visis your blog (visit) and wiews I don't know exactly what it's, it must be similar but it increase when you see your own page. Points are about your activity in the blogs and now you probably got one cos you've wiretten a post. I don't know if there are another way to get them but I supose yes.
