Well, this is not a problem of the OS, maybe you should check the seeds

Im realy sure than 1.02 works better than 1.03!

Here its something bad, i tried whit 1.02 and 1.03 in one day like 4 times (tedious).

And whit 1.02 a healt torrent download at maximum, and whit 1.03 the speed up and down, up and down constantly.

And whit a bad torrent in 1.03 connect and download sometimes at 3kb/s and whit 1.02 often go up 30kb/s

I dont thing the seed alterate the results (maybe the bad torrent results), becouse i do this 4 times!
