Thry to set up your UPLOAD speed. If you downloading soething limit your Upload Speed to 10kb/ps. If you are finish with the downloading and you like too SEED with bigger speed just remove the limit. You can find this in BitComet -> Options -> Conection : Global Max Download and Global Max Upload Rate.
