500 calories ? you called that healthy.

A woman needs average 2000 calories a day and a man average 2500 calories for a healthy living.

You body is fighting when you only take 500 calories. I guess you are often tired.

I now such a person with that kind of eat style it tooks about 5 years when it went wrong with him and he went to the doctor now he has a healthy weight.

Torrent reactor sucks with lot of ads and other fake shit.
