In the Netherlands their is the following law :

alcohol under 15% ----, older as 16 years

alcohol (strong) above 15% ----, older as 18 years

But now there is a discussion of the age of 16 years. The doctors are telling that kids of 14, 15 years are drinking to much (their are drinking the most of europe) and therefore their are problems with the growth in height, brain damage, social problems etc.

Now they want that all alcohol will from 18 years or above.

I agree with that you can get a driving licence at the age of 18 years in the Netherlands but you can drink if you are 16 years old. It is stupid and dangerous !

Are you using version 1.03. When using this version try this :

1. stop the file

2. right click and the file

3. select "manual hash check"

4. then start the file

5. wait a while and look by the "piece graph" - green, gey and blue dots of the file(s)

6. now it must be completed

7. or you are downloading very bad seeded/leeched torrent file

8. try a torrent file with lot of seeders and leechers
