Global Max Upload Rate Mon Jun 22, 09 05:35 PM

Need Some help. I have Verizon Dsl and I believe I am getting the speed that I pay for. I checked my speed on different speed test and I get approximitly DL 768 kbp/s, UL 125 kbps. When I am Downloading I can get usually around 80-100 KB/s.I have 3 westell 6100 modems. When one failed, I was sent another. When the other failed I used the original and was able to get a connection. I only get a GREEN light on one of them. The other one I get an Orange light but I reallt don't think it made a differece in my Downloads. I just got a new modem westell 6100f and I don't get a green light. Getting a green light is not that important for me but I would like to know about NAT port mapping .it shows failed[ UPNP device not found!}For Windows firewall it shows Added{TCP added, UDP added and TCP[ED2k] opened and UDP[ED2K] opened. My listen port TCP & UDP are blocked by firewall/Router. I was wondering if the Mcaffee software is effecting it and should I disable the Mcaffee firewall. I am using Bitcomet 1.12 and have been using it( I think since .67 . I anybody can help me I would appreciate it. Please keep Seeding. Thanks

BitComet - TCP/IP Patches Sun Mar 16, 08 12:14 AM

]Hello, this is the first time I am posting. I have been using BitComet for some time but Lately I am trying to learn more about P2P Sharing. I have XP 2 and I am using BitComet0.99 now. I think I started using version 70 or 76. I have DSL and my ISP says that I can get up to 768 KB/s well I will be Lucky if I can get 20 KB/s sometimes. I think the max that I have gotten was about 115 KB/s My TCPIP is version 5.1.2600.3244 and its half opened at 200. I tried to change it and I screwed up my PC but I got it fixed. I called my ISP and asked about my slow speeds. Ive always had slow speed when using Internet explorer or AOL. They had me run a speed test to check the uploads and DL speeds and when my Bit Comet was running I was getting 0 upload & 0 Download. I exited the Bit Comet and retried to check my speed and my Dl were about 740 KB/s and Uploads were about 140 KB/s. I usually surf the web when I am Up/DLING using BitComet. I can't believe now how fast my surfing is when I exit the Bit Comet program! I have a DSL modem but I don't have a router. My DHT is green and says 1446 now but its been higher. I have a yellow light that says that my listening port is blocked at 72.68.189.144 which is my WAN.I was wondering if my NAT port mapping should be disabled or enabled and whether my UPnp should be disabled, I think it should because I don't think I have the UPnP device. If anybody could help me out with the correct setting in the options, I would appreciate it. Also Remember to share as much as you can.... It's only Fair. Special Mushroom JJammmer
