I had identical problem , go to DVIX official page and download the whole package-19.7mb-, then install ONLY the codecs- read carefully , you have that option- and now it should work.

I`ve 3.1 too(3.2simply doesn`t work) , and can`t syncronize subtitles +49sec earlier,anyway try this : don`t unzip the Sub`s , instead load straigth from the Zip files.

Me too, i had to uninstall 3.2 `cause it simply didn`t work , actually i`ve step down to 3.1 and behaves badly enough.

What were you saying. . I got asleep , I think before the third point.
