I am able to log into BC so the passport is good. I have been playing MWO for some time now. Both accounts are under the same username. I read somewhere that I need to click register to activate the accounts and link them but when I do I am told the account already exists. Does this mean I have to set up a new account? If so how can I do that since both accounts have the same name already.

I first had a MWO account but have been using BT for a long time (found out about MWO through BT).

Then this promo started. I started using the new software and have earned an ok score. but I do not understand how to convert the score to platinum?

I have read the mwo.playcomet.com/score several times but it makes no reference to where to go and what to press.
