did some research over the series i've seen and i'd like to add to my recomendation: Neon Genesis Evangelion (with both ending movies) - great, very difficult series though, specially end of series and movies; Full Metal Panic and FMPanic II - great military/mecha/comedy with a little ecchi flavour (haven't seen Fumoffu yet - it's in my nearest to watch list); Samurai Champloo - best samurai anime ever!!!! also great OST (over 4 cd's, not to mention I have it all :D), and Cowboy Bebop from the same director; Seirei no Moribito - very well done fantasy series, top-rank-graphics in this one; also Fate Stay-Night and Juu Oh Sei... ok enough for now, guess makes quite a list :D Peace!
a little disclaimer :P ghibli does NOT do anime of martial arts (as it may occure from my prev. post) but IMHO even though they're not MA they're still top rank :)
yo! from the four u've described I've only watched Bleach, and I can say it's worth watching from time to time :) However I personally prefer a bit diferent style of anime - Ergo Proxy, Elfen Lied - that's what took my biggest attention. If u like martial arts you would like to see Basilisk. And ofcourse everything that comes from ghibli :) Princess Mononoke, Howl's moving castle, Naussica, Spirited Away, etc etc... :)
So anyway that's my pick :)
