BitComet 1.01 have problem after update on Windows XP sp2 to XP sp3.
When start BitComet and set to download or upload some torent, ALL internet browsers stop to work, or work very slowly.
Current os version: windows xp (5.1.2600) TCPIP.SYS Version : 5.1.2600.5512 current half open limit : current OS is not supported to be modified
Half-open TCP Conections on Win XP SP3 is 200, the MAX is 200 too
Where is the PROBLEM?
