You can get an eariler reply if you send your problems to support since our GMs check all tickets there everyday. Sometimes, we need some secret info when we check (for example, your pw, eamil address, ip address..). It is not safe to post them here, right? This is the reason why we always ask all of you to send tickets about your problems to support. If you have sent it, then just tell us your ticket ID or email address, we can trace the ticket accoring them, then you don't need to detail the problem again. This is the reason why we always ask you for the ticket ID or email address after you sent the ticket.
