yeah i have this problem too but i think it maybe one of these conditions:

1- the new releases of bitcomet it may slow down the speed because of the snapshots, movie advertisement, or it my be needed to be fixed.

2- maybe because allot of ppl start to use bitcomet

3- maybe as Rulier said its a spyware that you need to scan all your pc for sapywares.

4- maybe just maybe because that allot of memebers visit your blog and its dynamic web that may slow down the speed.

5- it may be the upload setting has been changed when i put it into unlimited upload the download react faster and download faster but when i change the upload setting to any k/b the download goes slower <--- i think there is a reaction between them and the number of the taskes that your running the best thing is to run 4 taskes so the download speed goes faster

6- i think 70% of the search engines toolbar as yahoo search toolbar and my search or others are causeing your internet speed to slow down. :)

7- this is important that the number of servers of a task reflect on the download speed so try to delet some servers (the websites that the task downloading from) try to make it few as for example when you download naruto the download speed will be very high from [db] but when i'm downloading ah my goddess the download be very slow and it has allot of web servers to download from so i just use one or 3 of them to make the download faster and to chick other animes (as tasks) server sites that it didn't repeated on other tasks servers as well, to have a good download speed :)

these are the possibilities that i could think of and i hope i helped you on it :) and sorry if you didn't understand well because my English its not that excellent..

best are allot as:

naruto, bleach, Full metal, flcl, hellsing,..etc

i didnt like:

1- ghost in the shell ; its to slow the action and stuff thats my opinion and it doesn't mean its bad nop maybe it the best of other ppls but to me i'll give it 4 out of 10 because 1- the action is slow 2- waisting allot of episode time as setting and smoking then each one see other ones after that start talking in a cool way..

yep stop the downloading file then click on hash check then after the hash check done. download it again and if you get the same problem then you may have a few trackers, so you have to max the trackers too ;) that i think will solve the problem. hope i helped you

hey i had the same things happend but when i download the movie and it can't be played i just resume the download and let it upload for 1 day, after that i movie can be played ;) this is the seps to do:

1- after downloading the movie and it start to apload i stop the download torrent

2- try to play the movie if its work then its done.

3- if the movie didn't play just resume the stoped torrent and let it 1 day to upload.

4- stop it again and chick the file ( ithink its working now)

why that happend???

okay some time when your torrent reach 99% the connection get faster to download it, so when its done it may have .5% that didnt download right, so you have to stop the torrent and resume it again to let the hash chick to read again the file and after that you will see its still downloading the .5% but it will not show as downloading it will show as uploading :) i hope you understand what i mean ;)
