It is a beta.....therefore it is going to have problems, bugs glitches etc.... you fully understand that.. right?

So this fact in mind... how can you claim a refund because it is bugged? you paid money knowing it is bugged, and just because a bug turns up doesn't mean you can get your money back

I can't withdraw my troops!!!! I sent them into batttle last week with the alliance war. they are now stuck at the power plant and have been for a few days now

I also have the same problem, no one seems to give a toss. This happened in the 1st beta and it never got reset... your stuck with your crappy low lvl base and so am I. Go to tribal wars bcgamer doesn't seem to give a shit as long as the money keeps rolling in

I have ben getting this problem for ovr 5 days now. I try to reset my password and get this error messge

'Security code reset failed. Please sign in again to retry.'

still wanting a reset button , to wipe base info

to be fair although i do like this game tribal wars does look alot better, problem is i've just mastered this game; not sure if i want to spend ages fannying around learning tribal.
