99.6 could mean almost all of the movie is finished you could try just burn it and it will be ok or you could wait.
how are you trying to open it you should goto the bitcomet folder on desktop and open from ther

be carefull guys axxo isnt always good i have dloaded a couple off axxo torents tht have turned out to be FAKES.I think ther is another axxo aswell just be aware.
