With almost any album I download there is the same problem with the 99,XX% issue.
Hashchecking or restarting bitcomet isn't really the solution, just manual put the incomplete files (mp3 allways) to DISABLED. Then if the download jumps to 100% put back the priority of these disabled files to high of highest.
Don't ask me why, but it works for me!!
