not sure, it is a bug sending the officer for the task. anyway, i got a chest at lvl 4. as usual as others said, i opened the equipment, it disappeared.
i haven't got april fool's chest after my first the task.

I didn't face this problem either, but i am aware that, the bug was annoying my alliance memebrs as well.

When you construct a building says (Depot) it says "Demolishing : Depot(Lv.2),Time:00:01:33"
