WHY IS THIS PLAYER NOT SHOWING UP ON THE MAP???????????????

Alliance chat needs to be moved so that you can monitor chat while still playing this is a serious problem that needs correction before open beta testing begins.

Obviously if you want R4 and R5 units their should be tabs for R4 and R5 in the recruit section as their are for R1, R2 and R3. A person should not have to switch to the forum in order to see what upgrades are necessary.

Sub base expansion should also be explained through game play. Anytime you have to read the forum to learn how to play the game you are disrupting the flow of the game.

My barracks are at level 6 yet it tells me im not at level 5 and all my R3 INFANTRY HAVE BEEN LOST PLEASE FIX

I have tried severl times to log in today both with firefox and ie page says igning in for for a few minutes then times out please help

Missing Prosperity Pack 3 Steel Chest, Academy 12 in city 1 1340 Gold (This was bought and used to upgrade to Academy 12) At the minimum I would like the 3000 gold purchased for $10.00

So far I have found that I am missing Academy 12 on city 1 as well as numerous upgrades to other cities. Not to mention 1300 plus gold I had left after upgrading to academy 12. If I can not get what I have just paid for I to want a refund. this is getting extremely frustrating. Lost money... lost time... lost building........lost soldiers put my 3000 gold back in my account at the very least...

I'm going to make a suggestion that when you have the game off line for repairs redirect log ins to a "Performing Maintenance" Page instead of the bad gateways and even include an estimated return to service. I am sure you lose potential customers from the bad gateways messages.

I just tried same problem. The game was having ranking problems yesterday so I assume they have it off line in order to correct the problem

OK for those who have spent money on this game this is crazy. I hope the problem is fixed sooner rather than later. Or a refund will be in order. Bad Gateway is again making this a frustrating game to try and enjoy. I appreciate the bonus but would rather it worked on a more consistent basis

I still seem unable to create an alliance can anyone please explain.
