Try this, right click the torrent and press "Manual Hash Check". This checks the progress of all of your torrents, it the percentage field starts going up, just leave it until it hits 100%, if not, check you haven't changed the name of the folder you're saving to and try the Manual Hash Check again.

i THINK this might work, but i've never tried it before. Try right clicking the torrent file from the root file of bitcomet i.e. My Computer > Local Disk > BitComet > Torrents. Try right clicking that torrent file, and press "Open with...", then select BitComet. It might work, but as i said, i've never tried that before.

You might just want to send a post into BitComet's mods just to double check, you don't want anything to go wrong.

Well, most movies don't come in a .rar format, they USUALLY come in .avi files, but other uploaders may vary. Most of the movies that comes in .rar AND have a password, are usually just fakes, and they could lead to viruses, my suggestion would be to download another movie, and check that it's in a .avi file.

Four_Foot_Dragon, i'm not sure, but i find it REALLY hard to download at a max speed, even with files with 1000+ seeds.

Your so lucky, trying to make me jealous of you huh? But, when i tryed to download I am Legend, it was quite quick for me too, but took me around 6 hours or something, before i even discovered BitComet Passport, so yeah, i considered that very good back then :P. Now when i see 200kb/s i just sit there and say, "is that it?".

Ouch, did the viruses do much harm to your computer, or did you delete the trojans before they wrecked your computer and stole all your information?

louis, has these replies been of any use? They should help you quite a bit, if you do still have errors, it may just be that the torrent is fake, maybe you can try well known torrent uploaders like aXXo, KLAXXON, FXG and FXM.

Is it really much of a hassle to press the download button? Because, unless you download a LOT of episodes, i wouldn't see why it would bother you, and it's better to check where you're going to save it to, rather than saving it accidently to the wrong place. But, as i know of, i don't think there's a way to do that. Sorry to be of no help.

I can't agree any more, but luckily, i've never ran into these problems because the website i get my torrents from basically have no fakes of these well known uploaders.

nice, does the upload speeds slow down your download speeds of your other torrents though? And also, i'm loving that 2050kb/s, the maximum i've ever had was 900kb/s total from like 3 torrents

tonygts, to do a manual hash check, either right click your torrent file, and then go to "Manual Hash Check" OR, you could set BitComet to make a Manual Hash Check after every download finishes by doing this

Open BitComet > tools > options... > advanced > bittorrent.hash_check.on... > value: (change to) true.

The words in brackets are instructions, not the name of the place you're trying to get to.

Also, apart from that, are you sure you didn't rename the other episodes? because that will make all the downloads start again at 0%
