books are usefull but your life must be the real guide ... Indeed mind is something very powerfull and very ... unknowing thing ... that's why read carefully and be aware who wrote it ... an inteligent mind is not always filled up with wisdom ... there are some fake "masters" that claims knowing things but real master never do that ... if you study psychology u will discover that many of your colegues will try to write a book or to make themselfs heared by anyone , they want to be famouse and this is the trick in psychology .. not to stop keep going ... mind is so vast for human understanding that one life is not enough to understand so few ...
