Actually after you done the Router Port Forwarding, the download speed will be increase. But one things you have to know, the main reason for download speed is the resources. Depends on quantity of seed and peer. However, it is more effective on P2P sharing. If you are download from public website, then there are little bit increase in download speed.

If the file that you are downloaded is rar format, then for sure you have to look back with the seeder or somebody who has the password. Another option is use rar file password recovery to decrypt the password. But this will be take time based on the password length. Maybe few days or week. I suggested you request password on the related forum that you download the file.
I'm not sure with your ADSL router model. But normally if you want to login router setting, you need to know your Default Gateway. Something like 192.168.1.1 then key in on web browser address bar. So the router setting page will be show out. Good luck.
Normally failed to login problem always happen for those just reformat the PC. Maybe something new like Firewall setting or whatever. So have you try login on another PC? I think the account status is ok and still exist. Just temporary you cannot login via your PC.

Since the My Pictures - Uploaded show "The picture server is shut down", so currently it is unable to upload pictures. So My Icons also unable to upload a new one. Just I think so. Anybody having the same problem? Hopefully BitComet will fix it as soon as possible.

Green color is initial data download (when you restart BitComet program, all the green box will become blank & start from beginning). Blue color box is the confirmed download data (if there are many blue box in continously, you may preview the file more longger).
Seeding is a process of keep uploading your successful downloaded file. When you download a file, you are one of the peer. After you completed download then keep active on that file, you are the seeder now.
4GB is the max file format for data transfer in the windows which is fixed by Microsoft. Mac OS able to support larger file size. So if you are download 4GB in single file, I think you may ask the uploader to split it using compress tools.
What version for your BitComet and what is the error message box state? You mention that your download speed is 183...byte/s or kB/s? If there are kB/s then this speed consider quite fast download speed. I mean in Malaysia.

Try set to 98, apply and reboot system. It should be no problem because I'm currently use this setting.
