are you on a router or broadband. routers are tricky some times. you have to turn of the NAT settings for one. also depending on the operating system you can reset your TCP-IP to 500. You can do this with XP on the newest version of bitcomet, So I stay with a previous version.
you just ave to play with your settings to get a better download speed
