You can Activate Windows Vista as OEM, either Emulated BIOS SLIC 2
or Perminant if you have SLIC 2 in BIOS. Tested on 32bit and 64bit
(Thx Rachelg for 64bit test).
If you use emulated BIOS option it doesn t matter what make of
manufacturer you select.
If it is a Perminant BIOS activation then you must select your PC
maker, as it has to match ......
