How to get a Skill book Summon Death Archer with a wery little effort!
The Summon Death Archer Skill Book ISNT rare, people joust dont know where to look for it!
Rumors say that best place to get it, is to hunt in Skeletal Hole I II III , and it drops from elites!(yes) and I got 1 of them there dropped from normal monster! so both is right!
But the true place to hunt for them is SKY garden (Empire) and Hawk Fall (Dynasty)
Because in those places there are lot more elites than in Skeleton hole III, and they are much easier for ranged attackers (since u need that book I suppose your summoner and u do use ranged attack)
Map with most comon places elites spawn, usualy like 5-6 elites on map (they dont spawn always in 1 place thats a Mith)

I simply run whole sky garden in 1 raid, runing and waching if there is any elite around, not that hard since it takes like 20 mins to run trought all of it. I run it every other hour.
1 or 2 Skillbooks per day Guaranteed! usualy 3 or 4!
Be carefull looking for elites Because these friends dont have glowing light rings around em, easy to miss
all rest of elites have

Well advice for Dynasty players is to do the same, run all around hawk fall every cople hours.
Elite Trogg is the one drop book skill book 24 only; the others[ tiger +were wolf wont drop skill book 24]. i want to edit Aiwarz about " the true place ...." exactly we have many elites in skeleton hole too. i can say that in skeleton hole u can hunt elites more than hawkfall. In hakwfall we have 3 kind of elites but in skeleton hole we have 2-3 elites in each floor[ I II III ]
