server busy cant build buildings but can build reseaches

I am caught in a loop

can not get out of it

i have built an Academy』(Level up to 9)

and it goes delay 00:00:09 all the way down to 00:00:00 and then starts off again at 9 and just goes on and on

i have tired refreshing the browser and logging in and out ut still the same

What can i do is the game finished for me now

same problem here.time cost is on loop.

what is happening to WL?before,i lost 1500 gold.now the loop on time cost.what are the admin doing about these?

On 29 Jan.After BUGS delay finished.

I saw new problem.I can training and researching but I can't building.

When I try to building something it will show 'Server busy, please try later'.

There is something wrong with the Market. It won't let you put any resources up for sale, you just get an error message & kicked out of market.
