Martin to Leave 'Law & Order'

HOLLYWOOD - Jesse L. Martin is to leave hit cop show Law & Order after nine years on the program.
The actor will film one more episode of the long-running drama, in which his character, Det. Ed Green, will be written out.
He will be replaced by Anthony Anderson, who previously appeared in spinoff show Law & Order: SVU.
Martin will next be seen portraying singer Marvin Gaye in a forthcoming biopic of his life, which is expected to start shooting later this year.
