Katie Holmes are members of the religious group.
But in a recent TV interview, Lopez revealed Scientology has been a part of her family for years.
The Enough star tells Florida's NBC 6 network, "My dad has been a Scientologist for 20 years. It's weird [that] people want to paint it in a negative way... I, myself, am Catholic."
