HOLLYWOOD - Actor Kelsey Grammer is recovering in hospital after suffering a mild heart attack.
According to reports, the 53-year-old's heart stopped while he was swimming in the sea near his home in Hawaii on Saturday. He was taken to a nearby hospital and then airlifted to another clinic in Honolulu.
His representative Stan Rosenfield reveals, "Kelsey is doing fine now and he will be going home tomorrow." A source tells America's Star magazine, "Kelsey's heart stopped for a few seconds, that's for sure.
"He was then admitted to the Kona Community hospital where he was treated. Soon after he was airlifted by helicopter to a hospital in Honolulu. I think he went for more tests there. The doctors treated this very seriously."
