Some older movie stars have to fade gracefully into the sunset, but Bruce Willis will probably never have to be one of them. After the success of Live Free or Die Hard last summer, he proved that, no matter how much hair he has, he can still kick plenty of ass.
That's why it makes perfect sense that he'll be the star of Kane and Lynch, Lionsgate's adaptation of the hit video game. Variety reports that Willis will play the Kane of the title, a mercenary who makes an alliance with a schizophrenic killer to recover a stolen microchip. No word yet on who will play the killer yet, but it might not be easy to find someone who can hold his own against Bruce Willis.
What else is there to say but it sounds kind of awesome? Yeah, sure, half the video game adaptations that come out are terrible, but this one isn't directed by Uwe Boll, so that has to count for something, right? If they cast someone great next to Willis as well, then we'll probably be in really good shape. That microchip is as good as found!
