HOLLYWOOD - American actor Scott Michael Foster has been arrested in Hollywood on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
The 23-year-old star of comedy drama Greek was charged with the offense following his run-in with cops early on Monday morning.
He was released a few hours later on his own recognizance and is due in court to face the charge on Aug. 11, reports Web site TMZ.com.
