Ty Pennington has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence.
The 41-year-old, who presents Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, was stopped by police in Los Angeles at 12.35 a.m. on Saturday morning.
He was released two hours later after posting $5,000 bail and has since apologized for making "an error in judgment."
