However, despite opening on more screens than any other film before it, the best it could muster was biggest Memorial Day weekend opening, topping another "part 3" movie X-Men: The Last Stand. Look for things to slow down at the ticket counter next weekend. Kevin Costner's thriller Mr. Brooks will join the fray along with the feel good soccer drama Gracie. "Romantic" comedy Knocked Up looks to be the best new release, though it's not likely to score enough cash to drop Pirates from the top spot.
