HOLLYWOOD - Singer Usher has confirmed he still plans to wed his pregnant girlfriend Tameka Foster and insists his weekend wedding was postponed, not cancelled.

The R&B star was due to marry Foster on Saturday afternoon at record executive Antonio 'L.A.' Reid's home in Long Island, New York.

But the ceremony was called off at the last minute, with some reports blaming a string of differences in opinion between the couple and the groom's mother's disapproval of the impending nuptials.

However, Usher insists the wedding is still on.

He tells Web site UsMagazine.com, "As of right now we don't have a date but we will let you know when we do."
