HOLLYWOOD - Socialite Kimberly Stewart has blasted the Los Angeles judge who put her close pal Paris Hilton behind bars.

Judge Michael Sauer ordered the hotel heiress back to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California, last month after Sheriff Lee Baca allowed her to serve her probation violation sentence under house arrest due to an "unspecified medical condition."

Kimberly--eldest daughter of rocker Rod--was stunned when she watched a weeping Hilton leave her home to return to jail on the television news.

She says, "I think that the judge had it in for her. He's being as cruel as he could be and I really do feel for her because I don't think she deserves it. She's a very sweet, nice, well-mannered girl with a good heart."
