Christmas may seem like a strange time to see a superhero movie, but The Spirit is embracing its holiday release date. Lionsgate has just sent us a new, Christmas themed trailer for the Frank Miller film.
Adapted from the original graphic novel by Will Eisner, The Spirit is the story of a former rookie-cop who returns mysteriously from the dead as The Spirit (Gabriel Macht) to fight crime from the shadows of Central City. Be ready to join The Spirit under the mistletoe in theaters on December 25th, and watch the new Christmas-themed trailer below:
