Keira Knightley and
Colin Farrell are set to stroll down London Boulevard, a crime drama that will be the feature directing debut for The Departed scribe
William Monahan. The film will shoot this summer in and around London, Variety writes.
Monahan adapted the Ken Bruen novel himself and has set Farrell to play a South London criminal who, after release from prison, tries to give up the gangster life by becoming a handyman for a reclusive young actress.
Recent Golden Globe winner Farrell next appears in Peter Weir’s The Way Back.
Knightley has Last Night coming up and will play Zelda Fitzgerald in the John Curran-directed
The Beautiful and the Damned.
