Best known as Flight of the Conchords' hapless manager Murray, Rhys Darby was also the best part of Yes Man, last December's Jim Carrey comedy that I bet you'd already forgotten about. But apparently Darby was doing even more than stealing scenes on that set; he seems to have struck up a friendship with co-star Sasha Alexander and her husband, Edoardo Ponti, given that he'll be starring in Ponti's next film.
Production Weekly has the news, but no further information about the project called Coming and Going. Ponti's previous film was a drama starring Sophia Loren (Between Strangers), so I really have no idea what to expect from this one. But anything that gives us more Murray is fine by me.
