The Hills star Stephanie Pratt has opened up about the bulimia battle that has dogged her during her time on the reality show.
The celebrity sister of reality TV star Spencer Pratt has revealed that her first scenes opposite
Lauren Conrad made her take drastic action to lose weight.
She tells the new issue of Us Weekly magazine, "I was horrified. I remember saying, 'I can't believe how huge I look walking over to Lauren,' even though I was a size 0 or 2.
"It was what made me start making myself throw up.
"It's such a gross and dirty thing. I hated it. Every time I did it I would start crying.
"The producers never put pressure on us to lose weight, but it's embarrassing working with skinny girls."
Eventually Pratt saw the light and stopped making herself sick. She adds, "I just thought, I'm this girl who has the chance to be on this TV show and I'm putting my head in the toilet."
