piracy what is it ?
start off , what is piracy ?
Is piracy , ilegally downloading files and music ?
no , it can't be would this not make tv , radio illegal ?
I mean what if i record a song off the radio or the tv ?
Im suddenly a pirate ( a criminal ? ) ?
OK so piracy is not file sharing .....
but media defender ( anti p2p company ) describe it as
" stop the spread of traded copyrighted material over the Internet and Peer-to-Peer
networks ".
So the radio and tv is traded copyrighted material ?
are my holiday pictures traded copyrighted material ?
Is a shakespeer play traded copyrighted material ?
why is my face not traded copyrighted material ?
So who decides what is copyrighted material ? me ? you ?
no , anyone who has power .......
but suddenly when the powers above try and use their force against
the internet to controll their so called "copyrighted material "
they don t realise the internet is freedom of speech ,
their are no contolling organisations no goverments ... Their is ,
the people , the masses , you .
So what is piracy ?
piracy is freedom vs power and i think we should
make sure where in life it has failed , it will succede
on the virtual world .
not terrorist again ....
