What are the requirements for 4th base again?

Sorry if it has been asked before, but in order to build a 4th base,(besides MC 3 in stronghold)

Do I need Outpost lvl 2 in two other bases or just one base?

Yes. You need outpost level 2 in the other two bases.

3rd base it is easy: MC 2 in stronghold, outpost 1 in others...if u have any questions, click on map, choose a random area, and create a base, and the game will tell you what u need
