I've been wondering...

 

Why would someone upload a torrent file, then only seed it for a day or so, then never seed it again.

 

You'd never beleive how many torrents I have that are stuck at 99.7% with most of the files inside the torrent file only 90±% completed.

 

It's getting very annoying and frustrating.

 

People, if you're going to upload a file, at least seed the damn thing for 2 weeks or more to give people time to download it entirely then they can seed it.

 

I'm seeing dozens of new/0 day files being uploaded then only seeded for a few hours to a day at most, and then everyone who's trying to download it can't, because the seeder(s) stops uploading/seeding somewhere between 50% and 97%.

 

With some of the files I've been trying to download, I've uploaded what I have for these files already at least 5 times over. In other words, if the files are 500MB, I've uploaded at least 3GB to 4GB's of these files to help seed it.

 

I don't mind seeding in the least, but damn, at least let me get the ENTIRE file...

Um, my downloads are worse, they ALWAYS stay at 0, i've tried different ones and they still stay at 0, i also pressed stop n start serveral times, and it still wont work, could anyone tell me how to get it to work :?

Hey, BitComes have options to easily set that.

Although I would like an option to seed files the same time It took me to download them.

if its is a image file and is 99.7 % just extract them and brun them to your dvd it will work 100% just fime.

So true … for me , I never remove any file that I download . I will seed it 4 ever , at first I didn't seed even 1 file because i didn't know what I was doing , but when I knew what I was doing I bought an external HD 1Tb , and I detected it for seeding so I can accomplish my duties to thies community , and I hope all of us can do so .

If it's a program your downloading and lets say there is a serial number txt. Some times either the person or the Web master has removed it! just right click on your file that your downloading and click properties. if the program is 100% and the next file is serial number txt. 0% Save your program!!!!! you might have to look at a different torrent to get a Key Gen. for it.......if it was a movie then yes they should seed alot longer!!!!!!!

That's why many people stop seed or... something bad occurs...

many people have no cult of seed...

ex: My "Autopsy" Discography is 99.9% since 2 weeks ago, and 13 aren't 100% and today... still 99.9%!!!!!!!!
