Fix the ALLIANCE BUG - ADMINS ADMINS

Dear Gamers,

This is a ridiculous situation. Admins just delete a post,

that was made so that they see us and they fix the problem.

This is how pathetic the admins are. Always trying to just

ignore a problem, instead of actively trying to change the

reason for the protest. But it's ok. I will non-stop post

messages to wake you up. If you ban or block me, one of my

friends will do it for me. Don't worry. You will not be able

to block me and my mates from stating our opinion.

How can you wake tha admins up ?

It's easy. Just follow these steps:

See admins, you have what they call in the business world: UNHAPPY customers.

If someone like Gamer83 pays 300 $ in 1939 server and you give him a crap

customer support, he will not pay for your game anymore. What you should try

to get is so called 'HAPPY customers', people who are thanking you and saying

:I'm glad I can support this game, because I can see your working hard for it

But your customer will not say that. Instead, you waste time developing this

game for iPhone. The biggest and most annoying BUGs stay. But, hey, at least

I can experience the BUGS on my iPhone now. How cool is that? Get pissed off

ROFLOL - These are the things I have been ranting about for weeks and weeks now too.

The admins, mislead and essentially scam folks. When people pay money and things don't work out - are they refunded. No they are not.

When people post forum messages complaining- these posts are deleted. Or they are bumped down several pages so people won't see them to read them. And the Admins LOCK the posts so people can not post their similar problems and agreements.

They do not fix bugs that are glaring and apparent. They don't have any details correct about WWII. They use tricks to get us to go to Thirteen.com and run up their numbers, then say Oh NO! You already used your newbie code... They say- yes you can win WEEKLY game packages if you post our errors, problems, and bugs but they never pay off. Its like a big confidence scam. They set the game in ENGLISH but they can't speak english and won't hire an English speaking person to clear their text based game up. They advertize weekend packages with specific items then don't pay out or Give you 450k grain in each pack so you can't fit it into your depots... They sell items for gold in their "Mall" that don't work or the English is so bad you thinks its for something else. Yet they have the time to introduce new servers that add HUGE LAG to an already very slow system and like Major say, now he can get all the scams and bugs on his Iphone anywhere.....

The Devs/Admins philosophy and upbringing is too different for them to comprehend that WE CAN AND WILL TAKE OUR MONEY ELSEWHERE and WE WILL RATE THEM WORST GAME EVER SEEN.

This game is not new or cutting edge, it is essentially a computerized version of the old WWII D&D type games that Nerds played in the 80s - their main interface even looks like the old cards that those games came with. There even was a computer game like this with no bugs back on the old ImagiNation network in the 90s.

The game bugs and errors within this game could be easily fixed but they think......

If you ask for a chest that you won in an event, they also ignore you, but as soon as it is about GOLD, they will haunt you. Send you 1000 emails asking if you are OK and if you were able to buy gold ok.

If you have such a problem then why don't you just quit playing. That will give them the message. Stop wining and play or get off the game.

They will prioritize the problems and fix them when they have solutions. You are like my 5 yr old. When he starts wining and wanting something done before I have time or I feel like it I just ignore him. I bet that is what they are doing to you.

If you want to send them a strong message then quit the game. As less and less people play they will get the message. Their are issues to be fixed we all know about them. I don't see you paying a monthly fee just to play. Last I checked this is a free game. I haven’t spent a dime. I don't know about you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And if read this you will see that they wont to fix major bugs not bugs for 1 or two players we all need this bugs fix for better play.

What is the point of the game then?

This is the point for them just money,

and even not too much money.

this is not the way to make money!!

It's a week now that i am waiting to get in the Nationalists alliance,and i canot get in because of this stupid bug ,i payed 100 gold for 10$ if nothing changes i won't buy any more gold and Quite this great game with verry pore support.

I ave frends a the office playing the game to ,who knows the will stop playing to ?

Looks like people are really upset here. I am for sure.

A money machine is what this is. I guess we have to accept it.

But hey, if you buy a good brand vacuum cleaner and it breaks,

you get a new one, or you get the old one fixed. That's the rules

with making money. Do something right, or dont do it. Or: Do something right,

if it doesn't work out, refund your customer. You can't just make us

a money whore and after that tell us, well we're not going to fix anything,

if it has not something to do with the Gold buying system.

Did you notice? If someone posts something about not being able to buy gold,

after 20 minutes or so, one of the admins responds, saying they will help to buy gold and they will assist and so on. Ironic, isn't it ?

It's rule number 1 in business. Don't be

Yes the Admin had nothing to do with the deletion of your 2 previous posts. I deleted them, due to the profanity you felt the need to use. I understand you were frustrated and the alliance bug sucks, but you need to keep it clean in the forums or your post will just be deleted again. Thanks for understanding.

in an email/MSN to have a look what's going on. That's the better option.

I tried, but didn't get a reply so far. Maybe you can try to help, instead

of del-ing it!

I have about as much contact as the rest of the players do with the admin of the game. I send an e-mail and it usually takes a week or so before I hear anything back as well. I agree the admin need to get more proactive about some of these old bugs that are still around, but there is not much I can do to help. Just another player in the same sinking boat, pouring the bucket out as fast as I can to try to stay afloat lol.

Sorry mans I am not sure that is opportune to pay for "they call beta" for me alpha version of game. they do not care that 100 people will leave the game they care that 300 will join to the game and 30 will pay gold for stupid things. I am for fun and for me is good when I beat man who payed to play

In the start page when you enter in your account and when you want to register - no more "open beta". So if this game is beta is necessary to be honest and it must write to the start page, because some kind of manipulation.

is three months enough time in a beta to fix 1 bug that is a major part of all serious players? heck I've fixed bigger bugs in my programs in 1% of that time. and they were in simple javascript.

Are you a noob or just an idiot (or perhaps just a brownnoser). As far as I know they don't even read those bug reports anymore and the problems in this game are far beyond those found in any normal beta games. This type of thread is the only way to get them to take notice - well theoretically, as it has not worked yet.

I suspect the devs have mainly gone on to generate new moneymaking games like Ebony and the other browser games listed on bitcomet.

There's even a thing called "hot line" in my poor country where few online games are profitable, but to ignore players' repeatedly complaints like this, I don't think I've ever seen.

...And they dared put the ads on BitComet, they should have some ideas what type of folks are using this program (lots of us apparently); boys, a shame to BitComet name.

It's Okay for lots of bugs in close beta, some in open... and rare in commercial version ...

...wait a minute!!! Who charge real money in open beta? ..___..
