I upgraded my OS from sp2 to sp3. It offers this:
TCP/IP Patch: Allows you to have 16777214 (MAX) Half-Open TCP Connections instead of 10.
What shall I put in the New Half-Open Limit in TCP/IP limit?
My version of Bitcomet is 1.12.
