i know u have gotten this ? many times already but i need help with my yellow light its not greeen it is still yellow even after i followed instructions for firewall! Can u help me plz...if u cant blog me then respond to freakinacage17@yahoo.com plz and thanks

i have had a yellow light my entire five years of using bitcomet and most days im downloading at 1mb per second or 1000kb. I honestly dont think it does anything, but to increase your internet speed use a wired connection and that should increase you download/upload rate. Plus if you upload more the faster your download speed will be. But i quit wasting my time with the yellow light cause i never could figure out a way of turning it to green. So i just gave up. If you do figure a way out please tell me too.

IT DOES MAN.........if you are getting 1mb per sec at yellow light then.....you will ger at least 1.5 mb per sec if your light turns green.........i was also having yellow light.......but i have converted it into green and now i am getting speed almost 1.75 times that with the yellow one.........

yes i was able to recently able to get the green light status and it does increase your speed exceptionally

you may need to open a port in your modem router, port number. the port number is the digits displayed directly after your wan internet address which is located at the bottom right hand side of your monitor when in BitComet. Your modem manufacturer should be able to give details in their support web page on port forwarding.
