well i have had the same problem and i haven't fixed it but im am downloading at 1mb/s or 1000kb/s. so honestly i believe it doesn't matter. your probably asking this question because of a slow download/upload rate. but there are several ways to fix this first use a wired internet connection. next download files with alot of seeders/leechers. and upload as much as you can because the higher your rank the faster your download speed will be.
