problem with bitcomet and windows vista

hi all,
is there anyone out there who can through some lite on my problem,with bit comet and windows vista,every time I stop running bitcomet,and try later to restart it again,it wont boot up,,I have to close down my computer and restart it before I can get bitcomet to run again,it dosn,t matter what version of bitcomet I use,the problem is still the same.
would appreciate any info on this problem,,thanks alot.
